1. Any Order will be considered Confirmed based on the receipt of 100% Advance Payment & Reflection of the same in our Bank Accounts.
2. If the Payment will be done through NEFT or Deposited Cash in our bank account then Buyer can Save Payment Gateway Charges.
3. Once Sold & Dispatched Mangoes will not be Accepted in any Circumstances.
4. Availability of Mangoes will be Subject to Readiness of Fruit for Harvesting, Tentative Date of Harvesting will be 24th May.
5. We are Not Responsible for any Damagesto Mangoes in Transit.
6. Customer has to Provide Alternative Contact Numbers & Detailed Address to avoid any Kind of Miscommunications in case of Dispatched through Courier Service or Chosen Premium Home Delivery Service. (Provided on Special Request).
7. Customer has to pick up the Order from the Nearest Pickup Point in his/her City in Our Standard Handling / Delivery Service,Pick up Point Address, Time & Date will be intimated in Advance. (By Default Service).
8. Images of Mangoes shown on our website are Indicative only, Colours & Sizes of Actual Mangoes may differ from the pictures shown on our website.
9. All disputes and differences are subject to Navsari Jurisdiction.
